Cancellation Policy
- Booking Confirmation A booking is confirmed once a 20% non-refundable deposit has been received. The balance is due no later than 24 hours before the session. - Cancellations Deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel more than 48 hours before the session, any additional payments made (beyond the deposit) will be refunded in full. - Rescheduling Rescheduling is allowed if done at least 48 hours in advance. I'll do my best to accommodate your new date. Requests made less than 24 hours before the session may incur an additional fee, unless due to unforeseen weather conditions. - Late Arrivals Sessions will start and end at the agreed time. Late arrivals may reduce shooting time without a reduction in fee. - Delivery of Images Final edited images will be delivered digitally via an online gallery within 3-5 working days after the event. - Travel Travel within Cape Town is included. Sessions outside the Cape Town metro will incur an additional fee (quoted separately).
